*** Use your USERNAME & PASSWORD, remember all USERNAMEs and PASSWORDs are in lowercase letters
If you wish to upload or download files you will need an FTP client to access your directory.
These are the settings you will need:

Host type: Unix Standard
Username*: USERNAME
Password*: PASSWORD
